The Secret Police aren't in panel, so who knows if they heard that or not. They don't seem to be Constantly Aware of Everything like the royal guards are.

That's actually terrifying that Jamal's timestop doesn't work on it. I'm kinda surprised Kimberly's slime can handle it if Jamal's timestop doesn't affect it (cause it applied to anything he wanted as far as I could tell...)
