The problem with all this is that logically speaking, Levin doesn't make it out of this alive unless he either pulls a masterstroke of diplomatic truce with several parties that want to rip off his head, or eradicates all hostiles.

That shows Shahlia dead outside the mine, only two people (that we know of) in this race have a gun. Currently Jay-Jay is one of them. But given how nippy Levin is without any easily detectable power

Main argument against is that the Paladin wasn't riddled with bullets, only shot in the back of the head (but an accidental wayward shot might accomplish that) and that while Blue is shared we don't know for sure if soulmates are the same in this game or not.

That smile doesn't look like a "I don't know what this is" smile. It looks more like "I know exactly what this is and am using it to manipulate/troll you" smile.
Levin seems to know quite a lot about various illegal activities of the world. I'd wager he knows more about black crystal mines than almost everyone in this game, aside from Shalhia and Erza probably. (Possibly Three?)

Levin gives big Total Drama Island Alejandro energy. Never can trust him and he's too good at understanding people that you never know if your falling for his trap.
