So the first wish was for GC, AND Noah owes them one for later. The wording of the wish was probably dictated by GC which is why it might be a little weird.
Is Noah being intentionally evasive about the wording, or are we reading too much into it? Ciel is the only one here, and he shouldn't have much reason to keep things from her... if he even can, that is.

Two things surprising: Noah not panicking or whining after being muted in a painful matter for so long, and that's he's proactive. Though the last probably is understandable, he fights for his life after all... More than ever, at least.

Pretty sure the wish doesn't actually get -granted- until Noah finishes up in the mindscape and leaves. If he dies here, Haven's still borked.

Noah doesn't take mind Journey instantly. We know that when he entered the elf's mind it took him long enough to escape for the elfs trauma flashback to reach the extraction point. It was at least a solid few minutes of real time

Leaving the zombie epidemic to one side, I'm actually a bit surprised that the undead kid can stand up, I honestly thought he was out for real this time. Then again, this is a dream world.
As for Chernyl... well the Hollowman must have been loose while she was awake, so the 'kiss the princess' plan may not help all that much. And if she could stop this by will alone, surely she would have done so by now - if so inclined.
@Welf: Windows hasn't escaped the dream yet, it seems likely the wish won't be granted until he has.
