Suggestions appreciated
Hey guys,
I've been producing a lot of art for my comic at a quick rate. (stuff like NPCs, backgrounds, props etc) so I have a good basis to work from once I start producing new pages, and I actually figured you guys might be able to help me with something.
As I said before, rather than immediately jumping into a full fledged reset I'd like to tackle a few smaller short stories to really experiment with, see it as interesting little tales that are so short and inconsequential that minor flaws or me not enjoying them utmost won't be as important, as they're short anyway.
(think around 10 pages for shortest, 40 or so for the absolute longest)
either way, I just want to poll some interest to see what sort of thing you'd like to see me handle.
Feel free to suggest anything along the lines of:
1. genre
2. type of protagonist
3. moral/topic
4. "setting" (although I'll probably still have it take place in the aptGG world, it is a world with a lot of diversity in settings so most things could work)
5. short stories based on something minor in the comic you would like to see explored. (as long as it's something that works for a short story, hahah)
etc.
I'm not entirely sure if I'll end up using anything, but as you guys are my readers, I'm interested in what you'd like to see me do now that I'm open for some alternative stuff.

I'm not gonna do a romantic horror about eloy as a drunk cowboy looking for the true meaning of love.
Make a Western with Burk as the sheriff of a small town, give everyone guns and hats and make him face a gang of robbers.
Honestly, Neo, I trust you with all those points. There's some stuff I'd really LOVE to see resolved/explained/explored, however:
- White Haired Knight
- Emperor Justus (and his Hair, of course)
- Burk (backstory?)
- The Ocean Swallow and the Glowing Armor Dude
Other than that, I really have no special requests. But now that you mention it, a romantic horror about Eloy-okay, fine, don't do it :P
Things I'm interested in:
- The lawman / guy with the hat from Burke's story (did I miss his name, or was it never stated?). I'd like to see some sort of Western or detective type thing with him hunting down a criminal
- The White Haired Knight
- The other branches of Global Order
- A monster hunt out in the desert, featuring some sort of huge creature
- One of the mages conquering some land back during the rise of the magic users
- Emperor Justus
- Baltazar being a magnificent bastard
- A general geography lesson on the world, drawing a scene from each of the major nations, talking about each one a bit, and pointing out where they are on a world map
- Noir
- Burk
- How Burk is awesome even in a world gone to hell
- No idea. Is there a place for a noir setting in aptgg?
a platformer!
oh wait its not a video game
uuuh...how about what you would envision as a side quest and the characters reacting to it
An imperial elf hunt following their attack. Let's get some revenge.
i just got an interesting idea. how about getting the main characters of all three stories in the same party? im interested in the interactions between them.

I can understand that sometimes things seem to get impossible to deal with and that you just thought about quitting too many times but that doesn't mean everybody thinks the same, as for me I like the plot of this comic A LOT(not getting anywhere interesting in years... seriusly?) and your art wil get better if you practice as it already did. You see what I'm afraid of is that you are blaming the comic for something it didn't do and consequentially will have the same problems when you start a new one... Just think about it

Protagonist(s): Burk, Pablo, Yellow haired bandit and possible minions.
Topic: Survival lessons á la bear grylls style during a volcanic eruption, a war, during a battle with bandits and during a mighty fine explosion.
Setting: Post-Apocalyptic, Ruined

That's about I could think of. Might work out for a few short stories, donno about lengthy stories tho. ;D
well I guess there's no use suggesting you to do a Tobi or Noah arc, since every one is suggesting for Burk.
I think you should do I little comic about Sunny's day at the Market/Beach/Police Station.

Genre: Action, Fantasy
Protagonists: Leoni (Black haired male, 16), and Exciel (Dark brown haired male, 15) They're brothers (Family name: Dargon (Dragon))
Focus: While on an outing with his brother Leoni finds something he was never supposed to see. It changes him, he becomes a target and joins the Dark Magic Guild for protection, but he doesn't realize what he's getting himself into.
Setting: Kingdom of Vail (A rich community with all sorts of things, a magic-dependent community.)
