Of course, this being Noah, it's a possibility he won't actually try to even stand up until someone forces him to move.
In his defense, he's been through so much horror in one day that going catatonic from shock is understandable. Even trained soldiers might lose it in this hell and the boy is no soldier at all (even if the geniuses that run the country would like to pretend otherwise)
