Ciel's lack of emotion in this scenario is kind of cute at times.

So it occurs to me, now that Ciel is physically present will it be possible for her to leave the dreamworld and become physically present in the real world.

For me drawings on walls are very interesting. They represents all kind of nightmare creatures we already know. Noah is also looking at them, as he did earlier while passing them.

I see Noah has finally noticed the odd drawings depicting the nightmares we've encountered. Wonder if he'll get to the Hallowman room, since that one didn't seem to have any obvious entrance.

Hmmm. I wonder if that IS Ciel. Or if it's a nightmare looking like her, or if the nightmare scape will affect her.

@Beshkhen While nightmares probably would try to mimic her, the real Ciel would easily detect it and inform Noah. Unless she got captured, I guess.

Theoretically Noah has good enough senses to detect such deception without help, but that would require him to put in effort.
